The following terms and conditions apply for “4MKFM’S ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR PHONE CALL”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The promotion will begin on air on 4MKFM on April 1 with promotional pointers supporting material on other medias. Active promotion will commence Friday April 4 from 8.10am and the winner will be announced prior to 9am Friday April 4 2008.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                        At 10 past 8 on FridayApril 4 Meech and Teegs will take the first caller- the 101 caller will the winning word “TRYHARD” will win $1000.
3. PRIZE
•$1000
 
Conditions of prize:
•Anyone can enter the One thousand Dollar phone call. The number in which to enter on is (07) 49 53 5000
•All entries will be taken from 10 past 8 on Friday April 4.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify Prime Radio Network general contest rules against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION
Major Prize winner will be notified on-air on Friday April 4 between 8.10am and 9am.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of Prime Radio Mackay, John Donnelly The Good are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.    If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be caller 101 with the winning word ‘TRY HARDS’ after 8.10am on April 4 2008.
