4MKFM GETS CONNECTED

The following terms and conditions apply for 4MKFM’s Gets Connected
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin on air on 4MKFM on March 31 with all web entries closing April 25 at noon. Winners will be announced each Friday during April. All entries will apply to each draw. Winners will be announced with Scott Linden each Friday during April after 5pm.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                              Listeners will register their details on the 4MKFM website www.4mk.com.au and www.4mkfm.com.au between Saturday March 29 2008 and Friday April 25 2008 for their opportunity to win a Telstra Next G handset.
Scott Linden will draw one phone each Friday in the month of April.

•Friday April 11- Life’s Good- TU500 Pre- Paid Next G hand set with $10 of credit.
•Friday April 18-Life’s Good- TU500 Pre- Paid Next G hand set with $10 of credit.

3. PRIZE
•Life’s Good- TU500 Pre- Paid Next G hand set with $10 of credit.

Conditions of prize:
•Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
•Anyone can enter on the website- if under 18 the winner must come to collect their prize with their guardian

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify Prime Radio Network general contest rules against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified by phone and recorded and played on air on 4MKFM each consecutive Friday through out April as per the dates above. The winner will be notified after 5pm.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of 4MKFM, Telstra Australia and Canelands Telstra Kiosk are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER

Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
