TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LIMERICKS OF LOVE

The following terms and conditions apply for “LIMERICKS OF LOVE.”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin on air on 4MKFM on February 11 with entries closing February 14 2008. Winners announced through out the promotion. Winners will be randomly chosen.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                             Listeners can write a limerick on www.4mk.com.au from February 11 through until February 14 for their chance to be drawn out for a random prize. 4MKFM announcers will read random limericks off the net; this does not necessarily mean the poet is a winner of any random prize. Contestants are invited to enter as many times as they like. The major random winner will be drawn on Friday February 15 2008 at 8.20am.

3. PRIZE

• 10 x $50 vouchers to varying shops in Sydney Street Markets.
• 10 x bunches of flowers, value to the discretion of Starcut Flowers. Only Valid to be picked up from 4MKFM on Valentines Day, February 14 2008.
• 10 x boxes of chocolates, value to the discretion of Starcut Flowers.
• Major Prize- 1 x Romantic Champagne Picnic on your own secluded beach. Aviation Adventures gives you the chance to explore the Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef from above with Aviation Adventures in their famous “Bubble“ helicopters . For more terms and conditions of prize please contact Aviation Adventures. Valid 6 months from February 14 2008.
• All prizes must be collected from 4MKFM within one month of winning. After 3 month the prize will lapse.
• The flowers must be picked up the day of February 14 2008. After COB on this day flower prizes will lapse.

• Conditions of prize:

• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
• If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
• All poets must have their limericks submitted by COB February 14 2008.

• 4. INDEMNITY
  All contestants release from, and indemnify Prime Radio Network general contest rules against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Major Prize winner will be notified on air on Friday February 15 2008 on 4MKFM at 8.20am. The major prize winners will be repeated through-out the day on 4MKFM.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of 4MKFM, Aviation Adventures, Taylor’s Hotel, Starcut Flowers and any shop staff from Sydney Street Markets are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.                                                                                            If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER

The selection of prize winners for both major and minor prizes will be drawn randomly through-out the promotion. The winners will be called on the same day to be advised of their prize. The winners have 3 month to pick up all prizes; all flower prizes require pick up on February 14 2008.
