4MKFM’S ‘FULL HOUSE’

The following terms and conditions apply for “4MKFM’S FULL HOUSE”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin on air on 4MKFM on February 28 with entries closing March 6 2008. Winner announced Thursday March 6 2008 on 4MKFM in breakfast radio.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                              4MKFM will give listeners 4 opportunities each weekday morning and 4 chances in the afternoon to call in and register their details. On Saturday and Sunday there will be 4 competition spots each day for the duration of the promotion. Contestants are also welcomed to enter via the website. All website fields must be filled in.. • Conditions of prize:

• Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
• If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
• The prize winner must be willing to have their residence shown in the media.
• Winner must be available to open their house for delivery on Thursday March 6 at 2pm.
• A member of the family must be willing to be interviewed on radio.
• Furniture and whitegoods has been used and is therefore second hand
• All furniture will be delivered on Thursday March 6
• Winner must have lost all contents
• Winner must not have insurance
• Must be a family, including children.

• 4. INDEMNITY
  All contestants release from, and indemnify Prime Radio Network general contest rules against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Major Prize winner will be notified via 4MKFM in breakfast radio on Thursday March 6. Winner will also be notified via phone.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of 4MKFM and Melco Engineering are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.                                                                                            If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER

All qualified families will be in a draw and one lucky family will be randomly drawn. All qualified families must meet Melco’s conditions. The winner will be announced on 4MKFM following the random draw of all entrants on March 6 2008. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
