TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOOTY TIPPING PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions apply for “Prime Radio Footy Tipping Competition.”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will run during the 26 week regular NRL season
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants enter via the Footy Tipping registration at:

The prize will be awarded to the tipster with the best overall result and will win:

One Prize for two people across all Prime Radio Group participating markets being Cairns, Mackay, Gladstone, Rockhampton and Sunshine Coast:
Return flights from any of the above markets for 2 to Sydney
4 nights twin share 4 star accommodation in Sydney CBD
Airport transfers
Tickets to the NRL Footy Show Thursday night
Tour of ANZ Stadium (venue of the grand final and photo with trophy) then
Harbour cruise fully catered with league legends on Friday
and 2 category 1 tickets to the NRL Grand Final!!
INCLUSIONS:
4 NIGHT TWIN SHARE ACCOM 4 STAR SYDNEY INCL BREKKY,FOOTYSHOW,TOUR OF ANZ STADIUM AND CRUISE, CATEGORY 1 TICKETS NRL GRAND FINAL.

Conditions of prize:
•Valid as per prize details above as per booked through EXPERIENCE SPORTS.
•Prize cannot be exchanged for alternate destination or change dates.
•Passengers must be 18years of age or older.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. PRIME RADIO GROUP suggest to the winner that prizewinners take out travel insurance and take no responsibility for any actions incurred if they don’t.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be announced on the Tuesday directly following the last regular NRL season game. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
